A definitive programme of help to parents and teachers
who work with the youngest children

Instead of depending on pocket calculators help your child to learn number skills by using a cardboard calculator.

Be a proud mathematician and
carry pieces of apparatus around with you.

Just as children grow vertically upwards so does the number strip used by them in this programme. Then they come to understand the structure of the counting system.

You will laugh at some Bob and Vi stories. Each story sets you a real maths puzzle to answer.

Topsyturvy
A programme for slow learners.

Beware! There are some bad pitfalls in counting. They can make you fell muddled and hopeless, but you can overcome them easily.

Even if your child is eight years
of age or over it is wise to work through some of the games and activities from years 5 to 6.

The games will give you real fun; but you'll have to think hard when you play them.
